Mr. Ramadan, despite being in the opposition, emphasized his dedication to serving his constituents to the best of his ability. He expressed confidence that his efforts, particularly highlighted by initiatives such as inaugurating computer laboratories in local schools and providing laptops to constituents in need, would resonate positively with his electorate. Even though he acknowledged that not all constituents might be completely satisfied, he believed that his commitment to the constituency's development, even while serving as a first-time MP in opposition, would be appreciated.

The inauguration of the computer laboratories, equipped with new desktop computers, and the distribution of laptops aimed to enhance the teaching and learning of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in government schools within his constituency. These initiatives were seen as vital steps in bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical skills in ICT education. The Adentan Municipal Director of Education expressed gratitude for Mr. Ramadan's support, noting that the provision of these resources would significantly benefit the schools and improve their performance in ICT teaching and learning.
